What??? I AM FINALLY WORKING OUT?

So I am a little scared to put this out there, but I have decided to give the Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred a try. I will be getting up around 4:30 am Monday thru Friday, and working out on Saturday's before I head to an 8:00 class every Saturday. I am giving myself a day off on Sunday's as that day is for resting. I know that this will be tough, but I can do this. I am hoping that with everybody's help on here, you guys will help to keep me on track.

I have big goals for 2010, and this is one of them. I know what to eat, and how much to eat, but the whole working out is another story. I know I need to do it, but in the evening things where just to hectic, and after working all day, it was really the last thing on my list to do when I got home. So I had to plan my workouts accordingly, so it is 4:30 am. Yikes!!!!! That in itself frightens me a little. I will keep things posted on a new blog that I will keep updated with my progress.
